The Ten levels Syllabus for Study Jin12 Moves
本中心課程是現代化的專上學院板模設計，課程範圍深廣 有序，包括人體運動結構、動量物理、和發勁彈射系統，十分全面、專業和有系統。亦是報名參加收費「導學課程」的會員練習和修讀的內容，亦是會員季會的升級 考核參考的準繩量尺。以下的分段是本中心，為專門研習發勁所設的考核內容，分為十段，須順次序報考，考試通過後可得該分段稱號，以作介紹「勁太極」之用。十段稱號表列如下：
Our Centre curriculum is a ten modules design commonly used by modern tertiary institutes today all over the world, it has both with its width and depth, including the areas human locomotion structure and function, the momentum Physics and the CG firing construction. This document also forms the study instructions for member joining the charged “Guided Study” for individual level. It is also the reference for measuring those attends the ranking promotion examination during the Seasonal Member Meeting. Below is the ranking system set up by the Centre specifically for the fa Jin kung fu, dividing into ten levels, and has to be enrolled in the same sequence, and will gain the Ranking Title for use when introducing our Physics “Jin Tai Chi” to others. The ten levels are listed below:

初級三段以保健養生為目的，中級三段以發勁自衛為鍛練目標，最後四段以分析、策略、減壓、興趣為終極目標。The first three levels focus their attention on health issues as seen from the Ranking Titles. The middle ranking focus their attention on the practical issues on fa jin. The last four have their focus on the analysis, strategy, pressure releasing and interesting side of internal kung fu.

首三段(Levels 1-3)以保健養生為目的，內容包括十二式套路的簡單練習，達致外形上準確，知識層面則包括人體運動結構、動量物理和陀螺結構的安裝，和相關運動保健養生的原理。The first three levels(1-3) is for healthy life style and area of knowledge covers human locomotive structure, momentum Physics, and gyroscopic structure installation, and the relating health issues mechanism.
|1||獨立地演示勁太極12式。因此練習者須觀察和僅記自己正確的姿勢，為恆久保持健康之用。功法上著重安裝人體的陀螺，為之後的轉動預備。考核套路中正確的姿勢。Perform all the 12 moves independently. Thus member has to observe and memorize the correct posture for healthy life. In respect of fa jin, the gyroscope could be installed for later turning. Examination focuses on the correct posture.|
|2||準確地演示勁太極12式。因此練習者須學習招式中的拳意，手腳的動作便能協調，變得有意思。功法上著重安裝啟動人體的陀螺，了解五部件的作用。考核套路中正確的動作。Perform all the 12 moves accurately. Thus member has to learn the intention of the moves design so as to better coordinate the limbs movement. In respect of fa jin, the gyroscope could be turn on to check the functions of the five parts. Examination focuses on the accuracy of movement.|
|3||舒暢地演示勁太極12式。因此練習者須學習以骨盤的轉動整合協調肢體的移動。功法上著重啟動髖骨的圓形軌道，開動陀螺的重力系統。考核套路中重心(外觀是髖骨)帶動起的流暢自由。Perform all the 12 moves fluently together with the looping exercise smoothly. Thus member has to learn turning the pelvis to coordinate and integrate the limb movement. In respect of fa jin, the CG(in full CG is the Centre of gravity, by observing the hip corner of pelvis) should be turn first, as the weighting component of the gyroscope. Examination focuses on the initiation of all movement by pelvis, also in circular motion.|
次三段(Levels 4-6)以發勁樂趣為首，安全為要，內容包括十二式套路的發勁動作和如何藉動量方程式中三個因子，增加動量值。The second three levels(4-6) is for fa jin interest, including the 38 jin moves and the way to increase the momentum value according to the factor composing the momentum formula.
|4||在套路中演示勁太極12式的38「勁」的方向。因此練習者須明白組成動量(即藉重力而生的「勁」)的因子：重量、速度和方向。功法上著重金剛三大對一圈中，掤履擠按四正法的發勁訓練。考核以四正法，進行定式發勁，所放出動量的有效性。Perform all the 12 moves clearly showing the direction of the “38 Jins”. Thus member should understand how the momentum is composed by the three factors: Mass, speed and direction). In respect of fa jin, the King Kong Move with the “Four Jin Way”: Bound(掤), Let(履), Squeeze(擠) and On(按), should be practiced. Examination focuses on effectiveness of the “Freeze Fa Jin” on the Four Jin Way.|
|5||在套路中演示勁太極12式所用於發「勁」的內功樁。因此練習者須明白樁步的構建和力學上的互動原理。功法上著重內功樁法的分解和構建的力學原理。考核以步行方式構建內功樁步的有效性，並能以慢速發勁互動。Perform all the 12 moves showing the Circular Pillar Step(內功樁) for fa jin. Thus member should understand the establishment of the Circular Pillar Step and the mechanics of interactive play. In respect of fa jin, member should know how to construct and the mechanics behind. Examination focuses on the construction of Circular Pillar Step in normal walking, and can fa jin interact slowly.|
|6||在套路中演示勁太極12式身板和骨盤的協調。因此練習者須明白身板扭力結構，如何加強四正法的發勁力量。功法上著重身板肌肉和結構，主動加強「掤履擠按」的內功發勁。考核以身板加強「掤履擠按」的內功發勁示範，並以定式「一夫擋關」對樁步、重心和身板進行考驗。Perform all the 12 moves showing the coordination of the pelvis and body board, Thus member has to understand the twisting mechanism of the body board that strengthen the “Four Jin Way”. In respect of fa jin, member should know the arrangement of the body board muscles and its structural functions, thus strengthen the power of Four Jin Way. Examination focuses on the strengthening of the “Bound, Let, Squeeze and On” fa jin action, trial the Circular Pillar Step, CG and body board by the “One Man Vs Snake Queue”.|
終四段(Levels 7-10)以發勁互動和分析樂趣為首要，內容包括把十二式套路的發勁動量方程式，應用「勁」的比較和分析，把物理功法推進到杠桿極限。The last four levels(7-10) is for interactive fa jin interest, applying the Momentum formula, comparing and analyzing the “Jin”, pushing the Physics lever to the limit.
|7||在套路中演示勁太極12式，雙手放勁位置的移動圓圈平面的準確性。因此練習者須明白(例如桌球撞擊) 中的「動量恆守」的動量轉移法則。功法上在放勁的一刻，內部勁路構建成支架(特別是雙手)，釋出重力為本的動量，使對手彈飛而去。考核以動量方程式，做到「應手即飛」即時放勁的能力。Perform all the 12 moves showing the accuracy of both hands in the correct plane for releasing Jin.Thus member should understand during the impact of snooker balls, the momentum is transfer observing the Conservation law of momentum.In respect of fa jin, member should know at the moment of releasing jin, the internal jin path should form a rack(especially arms), releasing the CG impact to fly opponent off the ground.Examination focuses on capability of fa jin in barely a touch and instantaneously.|
|8||在套路中演示勁太極12式，放勁位置(如肩、肘、前臂和手) ，所進行的圓形自轉和公轉，能引化能加強勁力。因此練習者須明白四隅法(即採列肘靠)的自轉和公轉物理力學。功法上以重力，在放勁的位置上鑿向對方身體，或抽動發放對手。考核以內功進行採列肘靠的個人示範，和破解對方封鎖的定式。Perform all the 12 moves showing the rotation and circular path of Jin releasing position, such as the shoulder, elbow, forearm and hand, dissolving and re-inforcing the Jin.Thus member should understand the Physics of both the rotation and circulating effects on the location releasing Jin (incl. Ways of grab, roll, elbow and shoulder strikes.In respect of fa jin, member should know the origin being the CG force, which strike on opponent at location for jin release OR grab and toss away opponent.Examination focuses on the ways of grab, roll, elbow and shoulder strikes back up by the Fa Jin and the ways to dissolve locked position.|
|9||在套路中演示勁太極12式之剛柔並濟，行雲流水的特色。因此練習者須保持微動量的流動，在互動中，把握機會，消除障礙。功法上能「聽」到對手，進行占黏連隨，拾己從人，後發先致，用意行勁，發彈勁力於對方的重心保壘。考核在定步單推圓圈上的三個位置放勁，並進行互動，能辨別飄移、登腳、推拉動作對動量的影響。Perform all the 12 moves showing the smooth flowing like water and moving cloud with both hard and soft jin.Thus member should be able maintain a small momentum, and during interaction, can grab opportunity and eliminate jin obstacle.In respect of fa jin, member should know how to “listen”, thus response action by “stick and follow”, “give up own will”, “Start late and arrive first”, “Action be will”, hitting opponent’s CG and tossing away.Examination focuses on freeze step pushing hand situation, making use of the three fa jin locations for interaction and able to distinguish the momentum effect of fa jin on “sliding”, “straighten legs” and “grab and pull”.|
|10||在套路中演示勁太極12式之行雲流水和個人的特色。因此練習者須對其它運動項目的發勁方法有一定的認識。功法上能示範該運動項目的發勁方法。考核以「勁」理論進行觀察，比較和分析勁(重量、速度和方向)的技巧，為武術和運動提供訓練和提升計畫。Perform all the 12 moves showing the smooth flowing like water and moving cloud with personal character.Thus member should understand the fa jin method of other sports.In respect of fa jin, member should know perform their selected sport of interest.Examination focuses on using the “Jin Theory” to observe, compare and analysis the Fa Jin skills(in mass, speed and direction) and suggest training plan for improvement in other martial art and sports.|
III. 考試問題內容Examination Questions
以下題目只作參考，被公開考核的問題會包括示範和理論兩部份。The below serve as worked example for reference, question will be asked openly with both demonstration and theory parts.
分段1-3 ( Level 1-3 )
1. 能以建立正確的姿勢形狀，使重力能經脊柱骨質結構進入骨盤人體重心所在。Can set up the correct posture for internal weight transmission via bone structure to CG in pelvis.
2. 解釋骨作為活的組織，會隨壓力綫增生和沉積。Can explain the bone is a living structure which will deposit new bone matter along the line of stress.
3. 解釋肌肉和骨質在支撐功能上分擔體重的比例。Explain the proportion of stress sharing between muscle and bone in carrying out support function.
4. 在亞細胞的層次上，解釋肌肉縮短時產生能力的原機。Explain the mechanism of shortening power by muscle down to the sub-cellular level.
5. 解釋球窩關節結構的運作，尤其是髖轉動時。Explain the functioning of the ball and socket joint especially during the hip turning.
6. 解釋掤勁是如何架設起陀螺結構用於投擲體重向對手處。Explain the importance of having a bound structure in releasing the body weight to Jin acceptor.
7. 解釋兩種移動肢體的方法，是會化解骨盤所產生的內勁的。Explain the two ways of moving of limbs could eradicate the Jin generated by pelvis.
8. 指出陀螺力學的五組件和在人體裝置的位置。Name basic components and point out the location of a gyroscope build-in on human body.
9. 解釋固定樁步於一點上讓陀螺運行的重要性。Explain the importance of able to fix the pin location of the pillar for the turning of gyroscope in the Pillar Step.
10. 解釋在骨盤自由下墜時如何應用樁柱步的發勁動作，指出两膝的曲度變化。Explain how to perform the Pillar step fa jin by allowing free fall of the pelvis, point out the shape of both knees.
11. 解釋位於髖球窩關節上的垂直線作為身板縱軸的被動功能。Explain the function of the body board longitude axis on the vertical line based on the hip socket. Joint.
12. 解釋制動腿和CG運行的速度之間的關係。Explain the ways to increase the CG moving speed by the action of releasing the Brake.
13. 解釋用於舉起CG體重來發勁的肌肉會位於那處。Where must the muscle locate in order to get the CG of body weight for fa Jin.
14. 解釋你如何藉物理分析來找出CG位置所在。Explain how you find out the location of CG by law of Physics.
15. 解釋身體內置可用於拍打CG來發勁的工具如何協作。Explain how the equipment coordinate inside our body that could hit the CG for fa jin.
16. 解釋CG和軸心之間的短小距離在人體陀螺運作上有何意義。Explain the significance of the small distance between the CG and axis in human gyroscope.
17. 在比較扭腰出拳時，解釋為何發勁時認知CG和軸心是兩處位置時，會有助保護脊柱不受傷。Explain the protection to the vertebral column due to the separation of CG and axis in fa jin process comparing to a fist by twisting the waist muscle.
18. 解釋為何以體重彈擊對方時，會比用手拉移對方舒服，並覺尤有餘力。Explain why you feel it comfortable and still strength reserved as you use your body weight to toss people away but not so if with hand grabbing strength.

22. 解釋身板縱軸的位置和功能。Explain the importance of the position and function of the longitude rotation axis of the body board.
23. 解釋上臂的二頭肌和三頭肌體積上有分別的原因。放鬆的目的是讓發勁的肌肉能被拉長，說出三種拉長肌肉的能量來源。Explain the significance in the size difference of the upper limb between biceps and triceps muscles. The aim of relaxing is for the fa jin muscle to be lengthen, state three way that the muscle can be length.
24. 解釋為何發勁的肌肉不是被拉得越長越好。Explain is it not the longer the fa jin muscle the better in tossing of CG.

30. 解釋當骨盤轉動生產了勁，勁是如何連接傳送到手進行放勁。Explain how the jin produced by the turning pelvis can be connected to the limbs for release.

分段4-6 ( Level 4-6 )
1. 明白人體的體重是經骨質硬度流向下的。Understand the flow of body weight along the hard substance of bone.
2. 解釋氣聚丹田的物理過程。Explain the physical process of condensing the body weight to the CG.
3. 解釋重心是怎樣籍骨盤來移動的。Explain how the CG can be move by the pelvis bone.
4. 解釋CG位置在起始動量方程的要義。Explain the significance of having the CG position to start with the Momentum formula.
5. 肌肉可藉地心吸力或拮抗對來增加長度，試解釋肌肉長度和功能有何關係。Explain the function of muscle by its length and the opposing partner and gravity in its lengthening process.
6. 解釋肌肉收縮變短時，橫向和垂直地拉移重心所產生的具大力量。Explain the powerful contractual force produce by shortening of muscle which move the CG body weight horizontal and vertical directions.
7. 解釋要拉動骨盤的肌肉兩端所繫之處，是如何藉收縮造成四正法的。Explain the connecting points at two ends of a muscle propelling the pelvis which could produce the Four Jin Way.

35. 如發射或拍打CG的用具，在加速時變形，對動量值會有何影響。Explain the shape of the CG firing rail, why is it in this shape, If the shape of the CG firing rail can not be fixed as the CG speed up, what will happen.
36. 解釋在內功步時，先有後腿保持直沉下和後胯鬆開走圈的兩個動作，過程之間重力分配在肌肉和骨質之間的比列變化。 Step hind leg are straightened and when it have the socket joint release to gain a curve knee shape, what is the distribution of weight force between the bone and muscle.
分段7-10 ( Level 7-10 )
1. 解釋你如何切斷勁路，以避免和減少你的勁路被人拿用，什致把你拋出。Explain the process you carry out to cut off or reduce the chance of your jin path being stolen and used by opponent and flow away you instead.
2. 解釋在接觸時，你感覺對手有內部活動時應如何處理。When you are in contact with, explain the way you deal with opponent when detecting internal movement inside.
3. 解釋人體陀螺在以制動腿起腳時，樁柱如何使身體內部的移動減到最少。Explain how the Pillar can keep the body with a minimal internal movement during the ticking of the Brake leg.
4. 解釋你的手在放勁前，放勁時，和放勁後的鬆緊狀態。Explain the moment of before, at, and after the releasing the jin of your hands’ tension strength.
Explain the condition for the transfer of conserved momentum.
6. 示範桌球點擊的方法，轉移動量。Demonstrate the transfer of momentum by the point hitting of snooker ball method.
