藉向量原則,在本頁「勁12練功坊」的順序各節(A到G),會把十二式拆解成獨立的38個「勁」力單位, 不但使研習者易於記憶,更為日後以動量力學來理解分析,建立穩固基礎,不致走了灣路,之後在發勁環節中顯示了內勁的方向在自衛能力的應用。其中累進的教學視頻方法,更能幫助連接38「勁」之用,使之勁走纏絲。公眾人仕亦能分享到易學易明和保建的樂趣。「學院」建議研習人仕先行查詢有關運動安全的一般守則。

E.   「38勁」

「十二式」被細分為38個「勁」小節。每一「勁」的重心均行在圓形軌道上,以正切放勁撞擊對方。每一「勁」的主要特徵是它的向量方向,因一旦方向有變時,力量會因其所偏差的角度大幅扣減,甚或樁柱飄移。從學習單一的「勁」開始,最終引導研習者明白以陀螺彈射動量的原理。彈射體重的方法,必定來自連接樁柱和骨盤之間肌肉的收縮力量。假如是骨盤底的肌肉、以超過自然下墜的速度收縮,拋擲出重心產生的撞擊力將更具大。視頻編碼0302-01J,意即在排序03中,02即「十二式」的第二式,01即其第一「勁」,J是「勁」單位的英文縮寫。

G.   「定式發勁」

以上我們看見「勁」藉重心(靠觀察髖骨)轉動產生出來,產生勁力的方法是「掤履擠按」的四正法。以下是「勁」藉切線把重力投擲向對方,這放勁離開肢體的「四隅」方法,在不同門派中,有很多的變異,故下表只從「十二式」取一些例子。我們集中研習以「定式發勁」的安全方法來練有趣內功,「四隅」則只略為了解便可,但無論「四正」還是「四隅」,最好還是聯絡「學院」,以求盡早兼得安全健康和發勁減壓的好處。掤勁之意是把身綑成陀螺,用於內勁輸送。履勁之意是拉長兩者之間的空間,置對方在引空的離心力圓周軌道上。擠勁之意是擠壓兩者之間的空間,使對方被圓周放來的正切撞擊。按勁之意是把自己的體重掛在對方身上。

The Practice Square

In the sequence along Sections A to F,  this page “The Jin12 Practice Square”  divides the Jin12 into 38 independent Jins according to the momentum vectors, facilitating the memory process, establishing a strong base for Jin analysis and avoiding roads of distraction. In the later sections, the videos demonstrate the Jin direction and its defensive power. With the special arrangement in recording the video with the accumulating method, members are able to link the 38 jin units into never ending circles. The public can enjoy an easy and healthy way of practice. Our Academy advises practitioners should understand the  safety precautions for general sport before starting exercises.

E.   The 38 Jins

“The Jin12” has been divided into 38 “Jins” for study. Each “Jin” is generated by a circle and is released in a tangential straight line. Each Jin is characterized by its vector, i.e. direction because once it is changed, the impacting forced will be multiplied by the angle factor diminishing its original power drastically. The study of the power carried by a single “Jin” would lead to an understanding of the gyroscope mechanics in shooting off the momentum. The projecting force of body weight must come from the contraction of skeletal muscle. Bone stores weight and muscle connecting the pillar and the pelvis is the driving force of projecting CG(Centre of Gravity). If the muscle contraction is from the bottom of the pelvis by holding the body weight with a speed faster than that of free falling, it would even be better. The tossing would be far more powerful.The code , for example 0302-01J means a series number “03”, “02” is the number count in the “Jin 12” Moves, and “01” is the Jin in sequence. “J” is the unit for counting of “Jin”

F.    Uphill “King the Mountain”

The Academy arranges the study of the “Jin12 Moves” systematically by dividing it into 10 levels in three aspects: health improvement, fa jin and defense, interesting research and analysis. The Academy also invites Master Pang to direct the learning, based on individual member needs via interactive tubes and instructions on the web. His successful experience in fa jin mechanics helps enrolled members to avoid unnecessary lengthy path and blur hints, with prominent learning results. About the fruitful learning, the content of the curriculum and the syllabuses for examination concerning the course(named “Guided Study”) on “King the Mountain”, member may refers to the documents stored in the “Paradigms Corner” on the “King Plaza”(King and Jin are the same in Chinese calligraphy).

Only member enrolls the “Guided Study” will receive the secret map to “King the Mountain”.

G.   Freeze Fa Jin

Above, we see the “Jin” is generated by turning the the centre of gravity( or CG), by observing the movement of hip bone. This is called The Four Jin Ways, namely Bound, Let, Squeeze and On. Below is the Ways to release the Jin so generated. However, there are so many ways to release the Jin through our limbs in different martial art groups, called The Four Door Ways. We will focus our study in the Four Jin Way by “Freeze Fa Jin” method and will only very briefly mentioned The Four Door Ways.  Whatever, the Four Jin Ways or the Four Door Way, it is better to ask our Academy for assistance to bring you the joy the interesting Fa Jin, mental relaxation, health and safety. The Four Jin Ways are as Follows: Jin Bound is the setting of body into a gyroscope for internal Jin transmission. Jin Let is the extension of space in between by dragging opponent on the circumference. Jin Squeeze is the compressing of the space in between by projecting the CG along the tangential line directly to opponent. Jin On is the hanging-on the body weight to opponent.
