Both the Traditional Sequence method and the Emulate-Worked Example method are interesting once the human Gyroscope is being installed during the Prime King Session. It is called the “Prime” because the physical structure could regulate the movement of jin inside the body and foresee the jin application to other sports in a healthy way.
