從「福音太極」到「勁太極學院」的發展 (English)

「趙堡太極拳發勁研究中心」(www.gospeltaichi.org),簡稱「發勁中心」或「中心」,最初稱為「福音太極」,是趙堡太極彭漢強老師於二千年代初所創立,在其後出版的兩冊勁法原理的典藉名稱上,均選取「勁」字一詞為題,故友好為方便原因,開始簡稱中心為「勁太極」,更有獅子會、環保界列永同博士,遠道邀請孔子後人書法名家題字「勁太極」贈與「中心」。藉「太極拳勁之剖析(趙堡架)」面世之時機,以「中心」的基礎,成立專門於網上教授發勁功法的「勁太極學院」(www.kingtaichi.org),藉彭老師多年的教學和課程編寫經驗,把「勁太極12式」分成十段,針對健康、發勁和研究三方面,以專上院校課程的板模形式,配以物理力學、人體運動結構機理、和內勁彈射杠桿等,對優秀的太極勁法運用,進行現代化和系統的傳授。網上教授打破時地的限制,以收回成本的方向,讓初學者和各階段的研習者,按各自步代,以勁為階梯,循序登峰,置身武術境界的奇妙!

刮起太極拳力學的巨浪

在2012年出版了現代力學太極拳典籍「趙堡太極拳內勁揭秘」,以氣聚丹田的物理過程,破解了以體重為本的物理發勁方法,之後在第二本太極拳力學著作「太極拳勁之剖析(趙堡架) 」中,以動量力學的物理方程式,詳盡分解太極拳神秘的發勁力量和運行方式。藉「勁太極學院」網上課程,整合出正確訓練方法、提升承傳的系統和效力。由於撞擊的動量,可以藉外在運動如奔跑、或是在環形軌移動重心的內在方法所產生,亦可被轉移到運動員自己肢體或對手身體、又或轉移到運動用具如球類等,應用在數之不盡的體育運動中,都服從單一的宇宙「動量物理」程式。運動員不單能夠以力學原理,體驗到自身力量的大幅提升,看到物理法則所容許的極限,是一個探索自我潛能的快樂過程,因為一般人真的沒有想過自己是可以這麼有能力的!知道物理所容許的極限,亦不會過度強迫自己,因而如許多前輩在不明底細下,過度催迫自己的生理極限而最終後悔,反而是計劃合宜,事半功倍,盡享運動樂趣。

以下簡述內功力學的重要原理:

髖骨的位置是管住重心的位置的,所以髖骨的移動就是重心移動。情況就如桌子的重心在桌面中間時,桌面被橫推向前一尺,亦就是重心向前移動了一尺 ,這很易理解。骨盤上有很多體重,就如桌面上平均地放了很多有重量的東西,不會影響重心的位置,卻會增加重心的重力。所以再推向前時,撞擘擊力會更大。其實有硬度的結構會收集掛在其上物件的重量把它送向地心,所以如果髖骨在大腿骨上轉動時,是帶著上面而來的體重的,就好像桌面的硬木在上面的重物的重量流經它時,把重量收集到重心。其實我們的樁柱小腿骨內,流經的重量是更大的,但那處沒有適當的位球窩關節,可以移動流經該處的重力。但用我們的內功樁,先是鬆了其中一胯,當骨盤移動時,拖起製動腿一起走,骨盤便加入制動腿的重量,在實施按勁時,腰腹肌肉把最一腿的重量亦歸入骨盤,所以便達全身的總重量,經手傳給對方,因而勁力驚人,亦無什動作,不知力從何來。

但為何這麽難,這麼長時間才能被人明白,發勁是重力的本質呢?記得上面的小腿骨,其實它在站立時和坐下時,流經同一處的重力是不同的,如果能夠如桌面以相同的速度撞向前的話,在站立和坐下時,撞擊力並不一樣,但由於骨沒有神經細胞告訴我們流經的重量,所以一直不容易弄清楚,只有太極拳在解釋發勁的神秘力量時,用過氣聚丹田這個虛虛弦弦的解釋。

這句話的貢獻是保留了在所有運動中重力的本體真身,實為地球的重力作用於人體 。另一方面,因它不能為正確的發勁提供準確的解釋,練功者無法藉這個虛弦的道,得到功法提升的方向和方法,只是千練萬練之後偶有精彩,亦不要提系統地教育後輩,更無共通的平台可以把勁的內功推動到人類所有的運動中。

相反我們的發勁動作,實在就是走路和跑步的動作,那麽,在這物理力學搭建的平台上,有那一個人類的運動是我們發勁的理論和功力不能支援和幫助提升功力的呢?

以力學邏輯打造運動新紀元

彭老師在香港大學念的是科學,學習生物和科學定律,到最終破解基督教聖經幾千年的謎底,邏輯的推理能力十分之強,藉著從紀老師得到的發勁經驗,亦順利藉物理力學,把這幾百年的神秘發勁謎團解開,若能流傳後世,影響和貢獻將會十分深遠具大,回貴會上大大小小曾澆水栽培的友人。

若我不去公開發勁的秘密,再過幾百年,亦一定有人能收集所需的經驗,但到時在中國教太極的,可能是具邏輯思維的西方人了,因為他一直都有牛頓力學這正確的解釋,只是未有足夠的發勁經驗,總有一次會為發勁找對了應用中的正確理由的。火藥便是其中一個好例子,西方找對了威力來源的正確道理,便能快速改良。

就如在2011年,獲「中華英材」首獎、本港金融界黃錦康先生,曾以投資金句比喻太極拳進步要明白背後的力學機理:「正確的決定,可以是基於錯誤的原因,只有背後的原因正確時,功夫才能進步得快。」掌握物理法則來解讀力學發勁,自然日進千里,勝人一籌。我們在這麼多年後,終於找到正確的力學原因,現在正等待明白的,傳給有運動和保健需要的大眾。

From “Gospel Tai Chi” to “King Tai Chi Academy”

The “Zhao Bao Tai Chi Fa Jin Research Centre” (www.gospeltaichi.org) )or Fa Jin Centre in brief was initially called the “Gospel Tai Chi”. It was established by Master Pang in the early 2000s and thereafter, the two paradigms published were also carries the word “Jin” in its names. Thus people start to call the group “Jin Tai Chi”, furthermore Dr Tony Lit, the chairman of Lion Club invited Confucius’s descendant calligrapher to write the words “Jin Tai Chi” for the group. Later, when The King Tai Chi Academy was established in year 2015 together with the book “Tai Chi Jin Mechanics—Zhao Bao Style”, the name of the web site was fixed by Anthony Ma, as King Tai Chi Academy(www.kingtaichi.org), because the Cantonese pronunciation of “Jin” is the same as “King” in English. The web site is designed to conduct open learning on the web, teaching specially the “King 12 Moves”. The revolutionary tai chi curriculum adapted the university modules by dividing fa jin into ten levels, including health, fa jin and analytical power, setting a term lasting for three months each. Because it is on the web, the learning no longer limited by the place and time of student, no more travelling time also. Student can walk on the Jin steps, reaching the top of the mountain and enjoying a bird eye view in the splendid realm of martial art.

Tossing the greatest waves in Tai Chi history

Below is a summary of the fa jin kung fu mechanics:

The position of the pelvis bone control the position of the Centre of Gravity(CG), the movement  of the pelvis is the movement of CG. The situation is the same as the CG of a table if it is at the centre. When the table top was pushed horizontally by one meter, then the CG also move by that same one metre, it is easy as that. The above of the pelvis carries weight of the body organ and structure, this is comparable to put a lot of stuff on top of table, if the stuff are evenly placed, the CG will remain at the same position, only that it become much heavier. If it were push again, the impacting force become much greater. In fact, all hard substance and matter are able to collect the weight of matter hanging, like water and lead the weight flow through it via the CG into the centre of the earth. In fact the weight that go through are lower leg bone are greater that that in pelvis, only that we do not have the proper ball-and-socket joint structure to move the weight that flow through it. During the use of our taichi pillar, we release one socket and when the pelvis is in movement, we drag along the brake leg, thus add the weight of this leg to the pelvis also, when we contract our abdominal muscle the pillar leg weight also go into pelvis, increaseits strength drastically, passing out to opponent, it is an astonishinh degree of power, but no movement and do not know where come the strength.

Why it take so long for someone to uncover and understand the fa jin has the very nature of gravity or weight effect? In fact the weight flowing through the same lower leg bone are different when sitting and when standing. If like a table top tossing forwards, the impacting force would be greater when it is in standing situation. But the bone does not have any nerve cell to tell us how much weight is flowing through there, it can not be made clear until now with modern physics analysis. Only in the area of tai chi, there is blur saying about ‘condensing the air into Dan Ten’ to explain some mystery force observed.

This ancient saying has its important contribution of preserving the true nature of fa jin as the body weight effect by gravity. On the other hand, it cannot provide a path, an accurate explanation for fa jin, no practitioner can reap the benefit of having the right reason and attaining mastery in short time, usually they take over a decade and with a lot injury and painful experience. Some people are coming off with flying colour after practicing decades, but even so they lack the precise reason and physics terms to teach the junior, not to mention promoting on a communicable platform to all kinds of sports.

On the other side, our fa jin is the same as walking movements, and our physics platform does support our implication of fa jin into every human daily life, obviously, we promotion the maturation of real kjng fu fast, in fact, very fast.

Chunking the sport new era by force logics

When Master Pang was in the University of Hong Kong, he has a strong interest in science, and was able to use logical deduction to solve the thousands years mystery in the Christian Bible. He received his fa jin experience from his teacher, grand Master Ji, and also by means of his same logical power, he finally solves the several hundred years mystery in fa jin by means of modern science. If the fruit of the investigation can be pass to next generation, the impact is profound and wide spread as a thanks to those who watered this tree.

If it were not Master Pang, several hundred years later, there would be another person who could consolidate the same experience and solve the mystery but at the moment, it may be those Master from the logical western side. Because the western always has the Newton force of physics with them, only that they lack the final piece of the fa jin puzzle. The firework is a solid example, once the reason behind the firework power is known, they will expose in their advancement.

Just like Master Albert KH Wong, mentioned a proverb “Do the right thing with the right reason, progress could be fast and effective”. But if it is “do the right thing with the wrong reason, next progress depends on luck very much”. It is important that we already have the right reason now after so many years of searching. In fact, walking and running is the basic form of fa jin. We should treasure and tell the right reason to those who like sports and health.
